2. What products do you supply?
We mainly export galvanized steel coils, stainless steel coils, color-coated coils, and cold-rolled steel sheets. We also provide prefabricated buildings and steel structure products tailored for industrial use.
3. Do you support customization?
Yes, we accept OEM/ODM requests. Just send us your specifications (such as size, surface treatment, coating type, etc.), and our technical team will provide a tailored solution.
4. Where is your factory and shipping port?
Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China. All products are shipped directly from Shenzhen Port to ensure fast and stable logistics.
5. Can I request product samples?
Absolutely. We offer free samples for standard products. For custom samples, a small fee may apply. Shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer.
6. What is your typical lead time?
Regular stock items are shipped within 3–7 working days. For customized orders, delivery depends on quantity and processing complexity. We always strive to deliver as fast as possible.
7. What payment terms do you accept?
For orders below USD 1,000: 100% payment in advance.
For orders above USD 1,000: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight is also acceptable for large orders.
8. Can I visit your factory?
Yes, you're warmly welcome to visit our Shenzhen facility. We can also arrange a live video tour if you're not available for on-site visits.
9. How do you ensure product quality?
We strictly follow ISO standards. From raw material inspection to final delivery, each process is monitored by our QC team. Mill test certificates and third-party inspections are available upon request.
10. Do you help with export & customs clearance?
Yes. We provide full export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, B/L, and more to ensure smooth customs clearance.
